This program creates additional opportunities for qualifying households to enjoy contemporary residences, resort-inspired amenities, and a connected Seminole Heights location at a more attainable monthly cost. Eligibility is based on household size and annual gross income. Applicants must also meet the community's standard leasing qualifications.
How To Qualify for an Apartment at Marquee Square
Eligibility is determined by household size and maximum annual gross income of up to 120% of the Area Median Income (AMI). Gross monthly household income must be at least 2.75 times the monthly rent. Income documentation and verification are required as part of the application process. Applicants must meet both the programs and the communitys criteria.

3. Application Review: Our leasing team will review your application to confirm it meets both program requirements and community leasing criteria.
4. Sign Your Lease: Once approved, youll complete your lease agreement, including the required Workforce Housing Addendum.
5. Annual Eligibility Review: Program eligibility is verified annually for residents participating in the Workforce Housing Program.
