How It Works
Eligibility is based on household size and maximum annual gross income equal to or less than 80% of the Area Median Income (AMI). Applicants must meet both the program's and the community's criteria. Gross monthly household income must be at least 2.75x the monthly rent. Documentation and verification of income are required.

How To Apply

Your application will be reviewed for compliance with program and community standards.
4. Lease Signing
Upon approval, you'll need to sign a Workforce Housing Addendum as part of the lease.
5. Annual Compliance
Eligibility must be verified annually for continued participation in the program.
